How does the vacuum compression system work?
Simply pack your clothes into the built-in compression compartment, close the airtight zipper and use the vacuum pump to remove excess air. This compresses bulky clothing and creates more usable space inside your bag.
Your clothes stay securely packed until you're ready to open the compartment again.
Is the vacuum pump included?
Yes! The vacuum pump is included with the AerCabin Lite, Air & Pro models.
How long does shipping take?

What if my AerCabin arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll review it and help arrange the appropriate solution.
Can I wash my AerCabin backpack?
We recommend spot-cleaning your AerCabin backpack with a soft cloth, lukewarm water and mild soap. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying or using harsh cleaning products, as these may damage the materials, coatings or hardware.
Allow the backpack to air dry completely before storing or using it again.
Does AerCabin come with a warranty?
Yes. All AerCabin products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, simply contact our support team with your order details and photos of the problem, and we'll help you find a suitable solution.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
